4/40 Stacking Chairs in Tan by David Rowland for GF, 1964
Attributed to being the first truly stackable chair, the 4/40 Chair gets it's name from the ability to stack 40 chairs to a height of 4 feet. With sleek angles, clean lines, and a minimalist yet ergonomic design, this chair has become an icon. Our set is composed of a chromed heavy steel frame, paired with a powder-coated tan seat base and backrest.
Shows varying intensities of wear on seat and backrest.
