This Bauhaus icon designed by Marcel Breuer in the 1920s as the B3, with this example in particular having a gorgeous jet black leather with a semi-gloss patina. Indications contributing to the Gavina production lineup attribution include the high quality seamless chrome end pieces on the tubular frame, thick ‘belt’ leather, inset hex bolts and the slight kick-up of the base tubes.
