Designed by architect and furniture designer Tito Agnoli, who studied industrial design and trained under Gio Ponti and Carlo De Carli, this rare lounge chair reflects his experimental yet refined approach to form and material.

Produced in Italy during the 1960s in collaboration with Vittorio Bonacina and Vera Pelle, the design pairs a bamboo frame with a suspended leather sling, balancing lightness with a tailored sense of structure.

Our example remains in excellent condition, with the cognac leather sling professionally redone to match the original specification, including wrap-around stitching and period-appropriate metal fittings. The bamboo frame is well preserved, showing only light signs of age consistent with careful use over time.
