A sculptural, donut-form coffee table originally developed for a private commission, hand-formed and turned with a focus on material presence and silhouette. The base is crafted from 16-gauge cold-rolled steel, shaped over a wooden form and finished after oxidization with a protective coating that stabilizes the surface while preserving its warmth and tonal variation. A clear glass top rests above the structure, allowing the geometry of the base to remain visually dominant. The piece weighs approximately 70 lbs (base only), lending it a grounded, substantial presence.

The table remains in very good original condition. The glass is intact, with a only very small edge chip measuring under 1/4" that does not affect use or structural integrity, and minor scratches on glass top.
