Please book this option once you've received email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

All orders are picked up from our Carlaw Studio space. Orders containing only smaller items - such as homewares, books, or other compact pieces - will be ready for pickup inside the studio. Larger items that require the freight elevator (chairs, desks, storage units, or mixed orders) can be picked up from the building’s loading area. We’ll send full access instructions for the studio and loading area 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
