Pick-ups, Shipping + Delivery

UPDATE


Please note that all Shipments, Deliveries and Pick-Ups are unavailable between September 7th through to September 29th, 2021. 


These services will resume September 30th and October 1st, 2021, respectively.
 

Pick-up

All pieces are able to be picked up, free of charge, at our Toronto Downtown East studio location, located at 184 Munro Street, Toronto. Please select “Local Pick-Up” option at checkout, and set up an Appointment to pick up at our studio within 14 days. In most cases, we can accommodate next day pick-up. Please bring your Order Confirmation and ID for purchase verification, and follow the instructions send via email.

While we do have pieces shrink wrapped for pick-ups, we do recommend you to bring additional blankets, straps and anything else you may need to transport your purchase(s) safely home. We will be onsite to assist with loading your purchase(s) safely into your vehicle if needed.

In the case of our Arch and Capsule mirrors, a flat loading surface (Van, Large SUV or Truck) is recommended, along with blankets and any other applicable moving protection. We are not responsible for any damages to any items once the item(s) leave our studio.

Delivery

Deliveries are limited to the first floor of your home, or directly into your condo/apartment (moving elevator must be booked by the customer, if applicable). We are not able to bring large pieces up or down flights of stairs for safety reasons.

All pieces are wrapped for protection during delivery / shipping, and will arrive in condition matching the original description of listing.

Delivery charges are applied at checkout, and are priced based on your location. If you are outside of Southern Ontario, please select “Standard Shipping” during checkout. In certain cases, we are able to ship small items including lamps, side tables, and chairs, at a lower cost. An invoice will be sent within 48 hours for the separate delivery / shipping cost, to be paid before the item leaves our studio.

Deliveries outside of the GTA will take place within 10 business days of your purchase, subject to extension based on your location and other various circumstances.

Please note that our Arch and Capsule Mirrors are unable to be shipped at this time, and are only available for Local Delivery within Southern Ontario, and Montreal, QC.

Shipping

Shipping charges are applied after checkout, and are priced based on the quantity of items, size of items, shipping materials needed, and your location. If you are outside of Southern Ontario, please select “Standard Shipping” during checkout. In certain cases, we are able to ship small items including lamps, side tables, and chairs, at a lower cost. An invoice will be sent for the separate shipping cost within 48 hours, to be paid before the item leaves our studio. Should the shipping cost be more than anticipated, a full refund will be issued if we are notified within 48 hours*. We also welcome inquiries for shipping quotes before purchase through our Contact Form.

Items will be shipped at the earliest opportunity after receiving full payment for the item and shipping cost, subject to extension based on shipping material shortages, holidays, and other various circumstances. In all available instances, a tracking number will be provided for the shipment.

Please note that our Arch and Capsule Mirrors are unable to be shipped at this time, and are only available for Local Delivery within Southern Ontario, and Montreal, QC.

Other

At this time, we are equipped to handle shipping + delivery in CANADA only.

Duties, additional shipping fees or any other cost not associated with the import/export of any items we sell are borne upon the customer through both this platform and any other platform we deal on.  
 

Should any order have an improper delivery + shipping location selected, we reserve the right to alter the order in question and/or send out an invoice / refund for the difference in cost.
