Atelier Fomenta's Rubber Libraries examines rubber as both a flexible and structural material, combining its inherent softness with strong mechanical connections. Commonly seen in industrial environments, rubber often carries a sense of wear or disposability.

In this context, it is reimagined - cut, riveted, and shaped with a process that recalls the construction of garments. The result highlights the material’s ability to flex while maintaining form, capturing a balance between movement and stability - creating a system of shelves, able to be wall mounted or freestanding.

Available in five sizes ranging from Mini (2 Shelf) to XL (6 Shelf) and in 3 different rubber colors. The Rubber Libraries are handcrafted in Montreal, Canada.
