A commanding and brutalist design, The S1 chair is a statement piece in any room, and part of our most recent collaboration of design within our studio and community. Designed by Oscar Guzman of Osla, the S1 chair will be available exclusively to the Canadian market via our studio, and will be offered on a made-to-order basis in any quantity, with some examples ready to be shipped.

Meticulously crafted from recyclable stainless steel and composed of only four precision-engineered components. This minimalist structure not only ensures effortless disassembly for compact transportation but also elevates the chair to an exclusive level of sophistication. The chair's ergonomic weight distribution between the flexible backrest and seat adapts intuitively to the body's contours, offering good comfort and support for it's angular design.

The S1 chair is available in a curated selection of finishes and colors inspired by the iconic Bauhaus principles. Each of these hues has been rigorously tested for surface durability and color consistency, ensuring both quality and longevity: 

Raw (Hand-Polished) Stainless Steel – a clean, semi-reflective finish with a soft matte sheen. Uncoated and untreated, the surface reveals the natural character of the material, highlighting subtle marks and textures that develop over time through use. Each piece is unique and evolves with its environment.

Raw (Industrial Finish) Stainless Steel – A raw, unpolished stainless steel surface with visible character. This version may include natural scratches, subtle marks from the fabrication process, and even factory markings that indicate the material type - each piece is unique in its appearance. The edges are carefully softened for safety and comfort, but the surface is left untreated - no coating, no polish -just the material in its most honest and expressive form. Cleaned and shipped as-is, this finish celebrates the beauty of imperfection and process.

Colors; White, Black, Grey, Crimson, Mustard and Cobalt – Coated in a sturdy powdercoated finish, solid gloss color designed to withstand consistent use. 

Sold Individually. Made to Order, ~2-4 weeks plus shipping, depending on quantity. Additional time may be required for powdercoated colors. Requires minor assembly.
