Atelier Alz’s collection examines the relationship between fabric and light, emphasizing organic form and subtle material expression. The work moves between contrasts - transient and permanent, fluid and still - existing somewhere between installation and object.

Each piece is hand-sewn from sheer fabric, designed to evoke the gentle glow of late sunlight filtering through a curtain. Suspended in this state, the forms preserve a fleeting atmosphere, allowing a passing moment to linger within a space.

Available in two sizes - Thalie VI (Small) and Thalie VII (Large) - the pieces are composed of cream-toned fabric, matching wire, brass elements, and a coordinating plug and switch, and is made 100% in Canada.

Each lamp features an E12 Socket, E12 LED bulb in a 2700K temperature, paired to an NA Plug and an in line switch, with all electrical components being UL certified. 

Due to the nature of the production process, no two pieces are exactly alike, and subtle variations are to be expected.
