Designed and produced by Italian manufacturer Arrben in the 1970s, these chairs pair a slender chrome-plated wire frame with substantial grey leather seats. The contrast between the light, linear structure and the weight and softness of the leather gives the chairs a distinctly architectural presence.

Characteristic of Arrben’s work from the period, the design is defined by clean proportions, considered joinery, and an economical use of materials. The polished chrome frame shifts subtly with its surroundings, while the natural variation of the grey leather brings warmth and depth to the otherwise industrial construction.

Made in Italy and designed to be stackable, the chairs balance practicality with a refined, understated expression characteristic of 1970s Italian design.

The piece is in great original condition, OR has undergone a limited restoration to some or a few components, including oiling, polishing and reupholstering (if applicable), and more. Piece is in great vintage shape with few to little imperfections, including but not limited to, marks, chips or visual discrepancies smaller than 1”.

Small areas of white paint wear as photographed (varies chair to chair) on the seats and backrest due to stacking/storage, though not distracting overall from the design or examples.
